Born out of the need for a high-end salon south of Portland, Tulu Salon and Spa is located in the beautiful Pepperell Mill Campus in downtown Biddeford.  Directly above the Portland Pie Company, you will find the space warm and inviting as you gaze through one of our 12-foot windows to the street below.
